Laat de geraspte gember 5-10 minuten trekken in heet water.
Zeef en roer er het citroensap en de honing door.
Drink 2-3 keer per dag.

2. Turmeric Golden Milk
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Heat milk in a saucepan and stir in all ingredients.
Simmer for 5 minutes, strain (if desired), and drink warm.

3. Thyme and Licorice Root Tea
Ingredients:
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried licorice root (or 1 licorice tea bag)
1.5 cups boiling water
Instructions:
Steep herbs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Strain and drink 1–2 times daily.
